If you don't want to remove your hard drive, send us your computer
with
hard drive still intact (Do not send keyboard or monitor).
No laptops, please.
We can then decide, based on the
amount of information you want, to send it back
on original hard drive, a floppy, CD, or even upgrade to a larger
hard drive.
If you buy a new computer and want us to transfer data from your
old hard drive to a new one, you can send us both hard drives
or buy a new hard drive from us.
We can provide you a new hard drive at regular store prices.
For instance , a 40 Gig IDE hard drive for only $99.
Of course, the new hard drive price depends on the size of the
drive you want or need.
If you want a specific hard drive, email
us & we'll give you a specific price.
We do accept credit cards and PayPal,
but we don't want any of that now!
Just pack the hard drive in a box with good protection around
it, give us your e-mail address, and ship it to us. We'll quickly
evaluate it and get back to you via email.
Other companies charge ridiculous
amounts of money to attempt or to actually recover your information.
All your information is strictly confidential with us because
we really don't care what's on your hard drive. We're not even
going to look at it.
If we retrieve your information,
and it's not 100% for sure we will, we'll copy it onto another
format (floppy, CD, or hard drive) and erase the info after we
know you've received it.
We offer no warranty of our services. Files from hard drives
with damage may not be able to be retrieved or cloned. We make
it simple. You send your hard drive(s), and we take a look at
it. We'll get back to you.

1. Unplug your computer. Take cover
off. Unhook the 2 connectors on hard drive.
Remove any screws fastening it & take hard drive out.
2. Pack the hard drive securely
& send it to us along with your email address at:
