11	Gauss Oersted energy units Gauss (pronounced “gows”) is how many lines of flux per square centimeter are emitted from a magnet. More gauss does not mean more strength. Oersted is the unit of measurement that defines the distance the power of the flux extends from the surface. 23	How it works The naturally formed chemical associations (hydrocarbon clusters) break apart into a single, potentiated molecular state. 30	How it works The technology works through the field of applied electromotive forces that create an energized ortho electron spin within the atomic structure of the refrigerant. The result of this is that the molecules disassociate more easily resulting in an increase in the bubbles detached from the surface into the flow, which accelerates the boiling nucleation rate. A secondary physical mechanism is that the lubrication oil of compressor is electromotively attracted from the heat transfer surface into the main stream flow which increases the cooling capacity.

36	How it works Crude oil, when flowing through sand or production lines, produces an electrical potential. As it passes through the monopole magnetic fields of Magnetizer's Oil Line Energizers, the crude's potential is altered causing its chemical, mechanical and electrical properties to change. This eliminates the crystal process at the thermal or cloud point and the transformation of paraffin from a liquid to a solid-state ceases. This reduces the surface tension and the viscosity of crude. By controlling the surface tension of the crude, the paraffins are kept in solution, rather than adhering to each other and sticking to the tubing.

41	Effects on fuel and water Fuel Breaks up and fully atomizes the natural fuel clusters giving high-performance combustion, fuel savings and emission reductions. Water Softens and eliminates scale and corrosion by making the water soft and binding the corrosive ions to the water instead of to the equipment. This eliminates costly maintenance, chemicals and replacement parts.
42	Control algae in marine fuel systems Normally, algae needs sunlight to provide the energy source for plant growth. However, in diesel fuel, the energy source for algae growth is the fuel itself. This explains the alga growth inside fuel tanks - a place where although there is an absence of light, basic plant life is able to thrive. Algae control is difficult to achieve due to environmental constraints placed upon the toxic substances that could be used to prevent plant growth. Halogen materials such as chlorine compounds are too corrosive for internal combustion use. Metallic compounds like arsenide's are not desirable due to their intrinsic abrasive qualities.
